• Salary: $250,000 - $280,000 / year based on Experience
• Ability to earn another 15% annually in bonuses

• Multispecialty FQHC Facility providing community health care for the Albuquerque and Santa Fe communities

About the role:

• Location: Santa Fe, NM
• Family Medicine Primary Care
• Average Volume: 20 patients per day (2.6 per hour)
• Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 8a-5p
• 32 Hours of Clinical 8 hours Admin per week
• System-wide Athena EMR
• Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. Patient population is of all ages.
• Provide the full scope of primary medical care to patients including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions.
• The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care.

Background Desired:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Internal medicine.
• Able to hold a New Mexico state Medical License
