**Industrial Electrician **

Pay: $32.01

We have housing and transportation if you need to relocate. We provide a full-year contract. Relocation assistance.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a highly automated manufacturing environment. The Electrician will work with mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure maximum uptime and safety across production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Repairs

• Install new equipment, components, and systems.
• Assist with equipment start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled or directed.
• Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes.
• Work with operators and maintenance staff to resolve safety and operational issues.
• Report all safety hazards to management immediately.

Maintenance

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues quickly and effectively.
• Support production and maintenance staff in reducing unscheduled downtime.
• Test for, locate, and repair malfunctions in electrical and control systems.

Other Duties

• Participate in projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in an industrial, highly automated environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics field OR Associate’s degree with equivalent experience.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with Rockwell RSView, ControlLogix, PLC5000, Wonderware, AB Panelview, HMI software, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Ethernet, and AutoCAD (preferred).
