Job Description

We are partnering with a Florida based company with a location in  Sioux City, IA to recruit a  Human Resources Manager.   This is a rapidly growing privately held company with multiple U.S. locations offering warehousing and distribution solutions. 

You will manage the Human Resource function for 90 employees, partnering with the General Manager with a dotted line to the Senior Director of HR. 

• We are seeking someone with a Bachelor's Degree who has owned the HR department, preferrably in a warehouse, logistics, distribution or manufacturing facility. 
• A degree in HR or a Certification would be preferred. 
• Experience in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and establishing processes for managing confidential HR record keeping and reporting in accordance with Federal and State Laws will be required.

*Compensation and Benefits- Base salary of $65k to 80k, discretionary bonus up to 7%.
