Addison Group is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-location organization seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager . This role is designed for a people-first HR professional who can provide both strategic insight and day-to-day execution in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Job Description:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for shaping and supporting talent strategies, employee relations, and compliance initiatives across multiple sites. This role combines high-level advisory work with hands-on leadership across the full HR spectrum. Travel to regional offices may be required up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise leadership teams on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategies
  • Collaborate on recruitment initiatives and retention plans with a focus on internal growth and career progression
  • Lead resolution of workplace concerns, investigations, and performance improvement efforts
  • Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, training rollout, performance cycles, and compensation support
  • Launch and manage engagement programs tied to diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being
  • Analyze HR data and trends to develop action plans that drive results
  • Support teams through change management associated with business growth or restructuring
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws across state lines and ensure internal policy alignment
  • Deliver internal HR training and communications to strengthen leadership capabilities
  • Partner with legal or compliance teams to address regulatory or labor-related matters

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR experience (7+ preferred), including work across multiple office or field locations
  • In-depth understanding of employment regulations in multiple states
  • Track record of building and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Strong conflict resolution and coaching skills, especially in sensitive situations
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead and influence at all levels
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus

  • Office-based role with some regional travel (up to 25%)
  • Involves oversight of direct reports and analytical HR projects
  • Must be comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
