Job Description
- Develop, improve and implement HR strategies related but not limited to staffing, employee compensation, performance evaluation, training and development, etc., that aligns with the overall business objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and drive long term strategy and growth
- Manage and oversee all HR & Admin operations and drive results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local legal requirements and labor laws, maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources
- Set goals, train, coach, and develop employees within HR & Admin and throughout the organization
