Job Description

  1. Assist with recruitment processes: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling.
  2. Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., leaves, attendance, salary, etc.).
  3. Assist in onboarding new employees: documentation, orientation, ID cards, etc.
  4. Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets and attendance data.
  5. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  6. Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and HR events.
  7. Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, relieving, etc.).
  8. Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR matters.
  9. Coordinate with departments to ensure HR operations are smooth and compliant.
