What You’ll Do Each day in the Club Manager role is filled with purpose and variety. You’ll lead the club with energy, ownership, and the mindset of a coach. Membership GrowthInspire prospective members to take action. Using our proven sales process, you'll help them overcome obstacles and begin their fitness journey. Marketing & PromotionsCreate and execute attention-grabbing campaigns using social media, grassroots outreach, and in-club promotions to increase visibility and engagement. Community EngagementServe as the face of Anytime Fitness in your community. Partner with local organizations, host wellness events, and build positive relationships. Team LeadershipLead your team of coaches, part-time staff, and sales support. Provide mentorship, hold team huddles, and create a culture of accountability and growth. Member ExperienceFoster an uplifting, member-first environment where people feel welcomed and supported. Address concerns, gather feedback, and work toward continuous improvement. Networking & Corporate OutreachPromote wellness partnerships with local businesses and health plans. Develop corporate membership opportunities and enhance community impact.
