This role sits within the Marketing department at Launch Collective and will provide exposure to all areas of marketing and brand development including but not limited to content strategy, e-commerce, social media, digital and email marketing.

We are frequently on-boarding new clients while also balancing the daily needs of a strong list of brands. This role calls for someone who is organized, with an attention to detail, a great work ethic and is eager to take on new tasks as they present themselves.

Responsibilities

• Assist with graphic design needs such as digital marketing ads, email blast creative and visuals for social media

• Collaborate on the development of seasonal storyboards for clients

• Assist in monitoring social media, digital marketing and email marketing campaigns for clients

• Provide Marketing team with administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe creative suite with focus in Photoshop and InDesign (required)

• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook for Business, Mailchimp Klaviyo and/or Shopify a plus

• Well versed and highly informed about social media trends and usage of various social platforms

• Ability to think strategically and creatively with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Enthusiastic, organized, detail oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment

• Reliable and flexible with a willingness to help out with ad-hoc projects as the company expands
