Job Title: Field EngineerJob Description
Join our Southwest Region team as a Field Engineer, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Superintendent in front-line field management. This full-time position involves project layout, supervision of trade workers, and quality control responsibilities. While the majority of your time will be spent in the field, some duties will require work in the field office.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct project layout and surveying in alignment with design and contract documents.
+ Ensure accuracy and adequacy of concrete forms, including embedded items, before concrete placement.
+ Perform production trend analysis for quantities of work in place and report findings for weekly and monthly schedule and cost control reports.
+ Assist with quality control, site safety initiatives, and coordination of trade partners as delegated by the project superintendent.
+ Coordinate material deliveries, inspect materials for quantity, quality, and condition, and report on missing or damaged items.
+ Assist foremen and trade partners with interpretation of plans and specifications.
+ Oversee trade partners and direct workforces to gain supervisory experience.
+ Participate in jobsite safety meetings and weekly safety audits.
+ Collaborate with the VDC team on the scope of work, execution plan, and deliverables related to field operations. Review and navigate within the current 3D model viewing and scheduling software.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year of experience in Field Engineering or Project Engineering.
+ A 4-year degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture, or Construction Management.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel-based templates.
+ Experience with ProjectSight, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in commercial construction, semiconductor, and data center projects.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Valid Driver's License.
Work Environment
The position is onsite and may be located at either Intel campus. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month. Start and end times are to be determined. The role offers full medical, dental, and vision benefits, 2 weeks of PTO, and 40 hours of sick time. The position is under an indefinite contract.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $78000.00/hr.
