Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and customers via phone, email, and social media to address inquiries and provide information.
Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns.
Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications materials including newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
Support the coordination of events and public relations initiatives to enhance community engagement.
Monitor media coverage and analyze trends to inform communication strategies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
