Emergency Medicine Physician - Level II Trauma Center | $616K + $50K Sign-on | Lakeside Living

Join an advanced emergency medicine team delivering critical care in a modern, well-equipped Level II trauma center. This role offers exceptional compensation with flexible W2 or 1099 options, serving a close-knit lakeside community in North Dakota.

Position Overview

• Practice in a 10,000-volume emergency department with state-of-the-art facilities
• Perform advanced procedures including intubations, chest tubes, and critical care
• Collaborate with dedicated mid-level providers during peak hours
• 12-hour shifts with balanced day/night/weekend rotations

Exceptional Compensation & Benefits

• W2 Option: $561,600 annually ($250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus)
• 1099 Option: $615,600 annually ($275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus (3-year forgivable loan)
• Comprehensive benefits package including employer-paid health insurance
• CME allowance and 401K with 3% company contribution (W2)
• Professional liability insurance coverage

Required Qualifications

• FM/IM with 3+ years of emergency medicine experience
• 250+ case logs within the past year
• Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
• North Dakota medical license eligibility
• ABEM certification preferred
• Proficiency with Meditech EHR
