Role Overview

As our Director of Talent Acquisitions , you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for all types of roles — technical, creative, operational, and executive. You'll partner directly with the leadership team to identify, attract, and close top-tier talent across diverse categories, such as:

  • Venture CEOs and Founder-level Leaders
  • Business Solutions Consulting Associate and Full
  • Chiefs of Staff
  • AI Engineers and Technical Specialists
  • Podcast and Video Producers
  • Senior Consultants
  • Other high-impact creative, operational, and entrepreneurial hires

This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and build recruiting systems and processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with founders and team leaders to deeply understand hiring priorities, role requirements, and long-term organizational needs. Translate business goals into clear recruiting strategies for varied disciplines.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for a wide range of roles by proactively sourcing, networking, and leveraging creative channels to attract exceptional talent.
  • Develop and post compelling job descriptions and outreach campaigns that authentically reflect our culture, mission, and the impact of each role.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations — ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, systems, and metrics to improve efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-hire.
  • Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, representing the company's mission and values in all candidate interactions and building lasting relationships with the broader talent community.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within software startups, high-growth companies, or founder-led environments.
  • Demonstrated success hiring across a variety of roles — including technical talent (engineering, product, data science), creative producers, and senior leadership.
  • Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through creative strategies and personalized outreach.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments, with the adaptability to manage shifting priorities and growing organizational needs.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of building trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven mindset, with experience using ATS tools and recruitment metrics to measure success and continuously improve outcomes.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $60,000 - $130,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus structure tied to successful hiring outcomes and overall recruiting effectiveness. Total compensation will vary depending on individual performance, experience, and location.
