If you’re focused, organized, and eager to learn fast, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Chairside Excellence: Prepare rooms, assist during procedures, take digital X-rays/impressions, sterilize instruments, and uphold OSHA/CDC standards.
  • Patient Experience & Education: Greet warmly, set expectations, explain procedures, and answer questions with empathy to build trust.
  • Case Acceptance & Closing: Support the dentist and front desk to present next steps, address objections, and encourage patients to start/complete treatment.
  • Treatment & Scheduling Support: Review treatment plans, help coordinate follow-ups, support financial conversations, and guide patients to book.
  • Workflow & Organization: Maintain a spotless, well-stocked operatory; document accurately in the PMS; stay on time and on task.
  • Growth Mindset: Learn fast, take feedback, and cross-train across front and back office as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior dental assisting experience (formal U.S. training/certification is a plus, not required).
  • We welcome candidates who are dentists trained outside the U.S. or experienced dentists from other countries pursuing a clinical/assisting pathway.
  • Strong customer interaction and sales closing skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Focused, quick learner, organized, punctual—and proud of it.
  • Familiarity with common dental software, digital X-rays, sterilization protocols, and basic charting.

What We Offer

  • A welcoming, growth-oriented practice, we grow when you grow
  • Hands-on mentorship and cross-training (front office, treatment coordination)
  • A culture that values authenticity, efficiency, and patient care
  • Clear pathways to expanded responsibilities based on performance
