We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Cabinet Builder to join our dynamic team and contribute to our legacy of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our design team to interpret blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring precise specifications are met.
• Utilize various woodworking tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble custom cabinets.
• Ensure the accuracy of measurements and make necessary adjustments to guarantee a perfect fit.
• Select quality wood materials and other necessary supplies to create durable and visually appealing cabinets.
• Operate and maintain all tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other Cabinet Builders and craftsmen to effectively manage project timelines and meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished cabinets to ensure they meet our high standards and client expectations.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and advancements to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance overall productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Builder or similar role in a reputable cabinetry company.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Exceptional ability to work with various woodworking tools and machinery, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of different wood types, grains, and finishes, and their implications on cabinet construction.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for craftsmanship and aesthetics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with colleagues and deliver exceptional results.
