Corporate Scheduler Manager Responsibilities :
- As a Corporate scheduler Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the schedulers at all Nexus locations and will be responsible for streamlining scheduling processes.
- You will review, approve, and book shifts for in house nurses and nursing assistants.
- You will identify gaps in the upcoming schedule and work to fill those gaps.
- You will handle and process last minute shift requests, cancellations, and no-shows.
Corporate Scheduler Manager Qualifications :
- At least two years in a SNF setting and or Rehabilitation Facility.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer program knowledge.
- Clerical or administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge or health care terminology preferred.
