Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager, you will be a part of a leadership team dedicated to directing the day-to-day management of the project. You will create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to achieve the project's goals. The Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager with communication among project stakeholders, manage risk, and monitor progress against the schedule. Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for and dedication to getting the job done. salary from $100k-$125K with $2k-10K signing bonus. EOY project bonus eligible as well.

Skills and Requirements
4+ years of construction experience required; working for a general contractor on large-scale construction projects is highly preferred
2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams
Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project
Ability to make timely and effective decisions
Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish
Skilled at developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors
Strong work ethic, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
