Job Description
:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting clear, compelling communications that reflect our brand and mission. The Communications Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting internal and external communications, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and engagement across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop, edit, and manage company communications, including newsletters, press releases, and internal updates.
Coordinate communication strategies to align with company goals and projects.
Assist in organizing events, presentations, and public-facing initiatives.
Collaborate with team members to maintain brand voice and messaging consistency.
Monitor and report on communication outcomes, providing insights for improvement.
Support senior leadership with ad hoc communications and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in communications, corporate communications, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with communication tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic design software is a plus.
