JOB POSITION: COMMERCIAL BUILDING REPAIR TECHNICIAN
WE REPAIR COMMERICAL BUILIDINGS: FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, PAID HOLIDAYS, NIGHT/OT PAY, WEEKLY PAYCHECKS, COMPANY VEHICLES FOR LEAD TECHINICANS.

JOB ROLE/SUMMARY:
Seeking a skilled person with experience in ANY of the following trades: Concrete work, carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall, painting, FRP panels, commercial doors and hardware, acoustical ceilings, flooring installation, cabinetry, etc. Travel not required, live local work local.

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST
• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
• MUST HAVE GED; HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, COLLEGE DEGREE NOT NECCESARY
• BASIC TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS (able to operate tablet / laptop or smart phone)
• COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
• SELF MOTIVATED, CAN WORK BY THEMSELVES OR BE A TEAM PLAYER
• PHYSICALLY FIT / ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50LBS
