In this role, you’ll oversee and optimize every aspect of the business—from logistics, supply chain, and offshore operations to product development, customer experience, and strategic growth. You’ll collaborate across departments, implement systems, streamline workflows, and ensure company-wide execution of mission-critical initiatives.

• Review existing structure, roles, job duties and advise on improvements that can be made in day to day operations;
• Define, design and document business flows and processes;
• Oversee creation of SOPS for work flows for all day to day operations;
• Creation of internal Company structure for uniform distribution of product and company information;
• Review/examine all tools/software/processes currently being used for current and future scalable growth;
• Ensure new products, processes are operationally tested and developed for scale and ease of use by team;
• Create and deliver turnkey training processes for all work flows
• Partner with Creative team to ensure deadlines are being met, data management is per best practice;
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will be reviewed with CEO to assess and determine health of company; and
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives.

• Proven experience scaling a business to $20M and beyond (preferably in e-commerce);
• 5+ years of experience with e-commerce operations;
• Experience working with a founder / CEO and managed a team of direct reports;
• Strong operational execution experience and results driven;
• Desire to grow with the company and treat it like your own;
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent;
• Willingness to take calculated risks;
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situation;
• A sensei master of organization and time management;
• Follows through and gets things done;
• Mindset to set goals and then take action to fulfill them;
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies;
• Able to bounce back from constructive criticism with renewed dedication;
• Always learning, growing, and expanding your boundaries;
• Is a naturally gifted communicator; and
