Responsibilities: • Repair Excellence: Accurately diagnose and fix cell phone issues, delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, offering knowledgeable advice, and ensuring a positive experience.  • Sales and Upselling: Demonstrate a willingness to promote and sell additional products or services, contributing to our business growth.  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, maintaining a collaborative environment that supports shared goals and values.  Qualifications: • Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.  • Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a high level of execution in all tasks.  • Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.  About Company: ubreakifix offers fast, reliable repairs for smartphones, tablets, computers, and more.
