Job Description

10-4 Logistics USA seeks reliable CDL-A truck drivers for a semi-local, dedicated drop-and-hook account. This role is suited to truck drivers who value predictable routes, consistent home time, and 100% no-touch dry van operations.

Compensation and additional pay

• Pay rate: $0.60–$0.65 per mile (dependent on experience)
• Estimated weekly earnings: approximately $1,510–$1,730
• Additional programs: driver referral program with uncapped earning potential

Route details and equipment

• Freight type: 100% no-touch dry van; drop & hook operations
• Route: Semi-local dedicated account with predictable routes
• Home time: Home most nights; occasional layovers may be required
• Equipment: Company-provided late-model tractors

Primary responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles as a truck driver in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Complete timely pickups and deliveries on assigned dedicated routes while ensuring freight integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report defects and maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and other required documentation per regulatory and company standards.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customer contacts regarding routing, schedules, and incidents.
• Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with incident investigations.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Driving experience: At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
• Meet DOT medical standards and be able to pass required pre-employment and periodic drug and alcohol screenings.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and effective communication with dispatch and customers.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for interstate operation where applicable.
