**About This Role**
Carrier Rental Systems is seeking an experienced, energetic, customer-focused individual to join the organization as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role you will utilize your skills and expertise front facing commercial customers in sales with installing heating and cooling equipment. With your experience where you will sell Rental Solutions including Industrial Chillers, Hot Water Boilers, Pumps, Air Handlers, Cooling towers, Electric and Gas Heaters.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated technical sales professional to promote innovative solutions for current and potential customers across the Western United States.
This role has the opportunity to work remotely in the following locations: California, Washington, or Oregon.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment
+ Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer
+ Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management
+ Consult with customer for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects
+ Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service
**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ 3+ years of commercial HVAC rentals sales experience.
+ 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
+ Must be able to pass an MVR background check.
+ Ability to travel up to 75% within assigned territory.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ Salesforce experience.
+ Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives.
+ Strong interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makers.
+ Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
+ Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills.

Pay Range:
$96,750.00-$135,250.00
