Bridgewater Café Associate

Bridgewater is an event venue that also runs two cafes located in North and West Knoxville, TN. We are currently hiring staff for both of our café locations. These positions are ideal for associates that enjoy interacting and meeting new people. Part-time and full-time positions available, no experience necessary, we will train the right candidate.

Café worker primary roles:

• Arriving at work ready to serve customers and your team on time each day
• Greeting all customers promptly
• Making fresh coffee, keeping coffee service area clean and well-stocked
• Responsible for simple preparation of food items as listed on menu
• Accepting payments and making change correctly
• Stocking supplies as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness of Café area to exceed Health Department standards

Personal Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Follows proper hygiene and sanitary habits and all ServSafe practices
• Work well with others
• Excellent verbal communication
• Possess or be able to learn considerable knowledge in food preparation, presentation and portion control
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
