Job Description

Bellecour Bistro, Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for a Café Manager to lead the morning team at Bellecour North Loop. This role is responsible for managing the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service, developing relationships with our guests, and setting the standard of hospitality for our team. 

Timeline: Training to begin mid-November for an anticipated late November opening. 

Key responsibilities:

• Leading morning café operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
• Inspire, manage, and lead a team of hospitality minded professionals who love to bring joy to other people.
• Train team members in service standards, product knowledge, and guest interaction.
• Cultivate guest relationships
• Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, handling, and display of all bakery products.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
