Our Scottsdale Location is hiring a Fish Cutter / Case Curator which is a foundation position for our small local family run business. Hours are 6am to 2pm (or volume), and we pay a competitive rate based on experience.
You must know your way around with a knife, and we are searching for an individual that is passionate about the beauty and details of curating our Seafoods Case daily.
