Job Description

Responsible for the routine maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, safety equipment in BPTC buildings. Maintains all BPTC assets located in the field, such as signage, and passenger shelters.

This position:

• Performs and or schedules preventative maintenance for HVAC systems, various shop equipment, electrical components and other building infrastructure as needed.
• Installs, maintains, repairs and cleans passenger shelters as needed.
• Collects trash and refuse from buildings and shelters as needed.
• Installs, removes, and or repairs bus stop signage.
• Performs custodial and janitorial duties as needed in BPTC facilities.
• Maintains grounds with appropriate landscape improvements, performs mowing, weed eating, planting, and watering as needed.
• Cleans windows, walls and other surfaces as needed.
• Routinely cleans maintenance garage floors and equipment.
• Assists with the snow removal of parking lots and sidewalks.

Regularly inspects, BPTC Terminal, identifies and remedies deficiencies
