As a Barista at BPC Coffee Roasters, you’ll be the face of our shop, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly crafted cup of coffee. Your day-to-day will include: - Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages. - Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a great experience for all. - Supporting the team with daily operations and contributing to a positive atmosphere.
We’re seeking someone who: - Has 1 year of barista or related experience (preferred but not required if you’re a quick learner!). - Is punctual , reliable, and has dependable transportation to get to work. - Enjoys chatting with customers and creating a warm, inviting environment. - Can commit to Saturday hours and has full availability through the winter .
