About the Role
Landing is seeking a B2B   Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, grow, and build a successful career in  PropTech Sales.
You’ll support and execute the full sales cycle for  Autopilot , Landing’s proprietary property management solution, targeting Multifamily Ownership Groups and Property Operators across the U.S. You’ll rely and build upon your skills in prospecting and closing, and make a measurable impact on Landing’s growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Full-cycle sales: Outreach, discovery calls, and closing deals with guidance from senior team members when needed.
  • Prospect and qualify leads: Research and reach out to potential partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach methods.
  • Learn SaaS selling: Position Autopilot as a technology-driven solution to solve operational and revenue challenges for multifamily.
  • Meet clients: Gain exposure to in-person sales meetings as you build experience.
  • Manage pipeline and CRM: Track activity, update deals, and forecast opportunities under guidance.

What We’re Looking For
  • Ability to work from our  Birmingham office
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 0–2 years of  sales or client-facing experience , ideally with some exposure to SaaS, tech, or B2B solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
