Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strong motivator, skilled closer, and strategic thinker with a proven track record in automotive sales management. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow with one of the region’s premier dealerships. Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals. * Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. * Manage the BDC handoff leads with the sales consultants and work those deals from start to finish

• Submit deals to lenders for approval
• Keep track of deals on google doc sheet
• Assist GSM and GM with whatever other tasks are needed on daily basis

Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. * Work closely with upper management on inventory, pricing, and marketing strategies. * Stay up-to-date on manufacturer programs, incentives, and industry trends. * Ensure compliance with dealership policies and state/federal regulations. Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of proven success in automotive sales management. * Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a high-performing sales team. * Proficiency in CRM systems and dealership sales processes. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
