Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
• Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive dealership growth
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify opportunities
• Foster a positive, competitive, and customer-focused sales environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably with Chevrolet / GM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve high performance
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
