We offer: Generous pay plan! - Earn up to $100,000+!PTO Awarded after 12 monthsPaid VacationFamily owned and operatedFamily-friendly schedulingFull Benefits - Medical, Dental and VisionGreat environment Career Advancement Opportunities!Responsibilities - Sales Consultant: Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lotAssist customers with vehicle selection & closingBuild rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer networkPerform test drives and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentivesComplete all paperworkClose the deal and deliver the vehicle to the customerUtilize dealership control and follow-up system and proceduresFollow-up with customerAnswer sales calls and respond to internet inquiriesMeet daily phone and email quotaTraining will be providedQualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:Some Sales experience welcomed, not required. Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, or rental car associates, to name a few.Must possess extensive product knowledgeGreat customer service skillsBe able to create and maintain customer relationshipsStrong computer and phone skills (Internet, CRM, VinSolutions, Autotrader)High School Diploma, GED, or equivalentMaintain professional business attire and appearanceSelf-starter and ability to be a great team playerValid in-state driver's license and automobile insurancePlease upload your resume.
