As the Assistant General Manager, you will play an integral role in managing daily operations and ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service. You'll also have the chance to work closely with our dedicated team members, management staff, and outside vendors to maintain high standards across all shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the restaurant management team to achieve desired outcomes such as increased sales, profitability, and employee retention.
• Oversee financial controls and ensure compliance with BKC standards.
• Train and develop team members for success.
• Work long or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in team building and training.
• 3+ years of AGM/GM experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry (this is a MUST).
• Highly motivated with an impressive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
