Role Overview: District Partners has been engaged by a leading professional services firm to identify a DevOps / AI Engineer supporting a nationwide association driving key digital modernization efforts. This role blends hands-on DevOps engineering with AI-driven development, supporting cloud-based systems that enhance operational efficiency and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated deployment processes within Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric
• Ensure seamless integration between development and production systems with focus on reliability, efficiency, and security
• Build, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Kanban) environment to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven DevOps experience within Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric
• Strong background in CI/CD automation, cloud security, and Infrastructure as Code
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio and front-end development workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working within Agile/Kanban delivery models
